This apartment is located near tram and bus stop, various supermarkets, bars, restaurants and parks. The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. Ground floor. The flat is composed by two double rooms and one single room (so max. 5 person in the flat); there are a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a shared balcony and 2 restructured bathrooms (one equipped with a shower and the other with a bath). The double bedroom is composed of two separate single beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with two chairs. Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office.
