It is also the axis of the town planning from the time of King Stanisław August Poniatowski, which was called Latawcem from the network of streets surrounding the area, adjacent to the Ujazdowski Castle. The main author of the project was the architect Eleonora Sekrecka. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, it consists of a bedroom, living room, separate kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a double sofa bed, a comfortable double bed in the bedroom.
