This suite of 17m2 is located in one of the best place in town, in Rambla Catalunya with Plaza Catalunya. Few meters away from metro station, trains, bus and just next to the famous Paseo de Gracia, famous for his luxury shops. The suite has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a small opened bathroom with shower and WC/ sink. On the other part there is a kitchenette with a small table for eating, fridge, induction cook and a sink. The building is quite quiet (almost all the floors are offices), the suite is in the Attic Floor, with lift, there is wifi and A/C. The bills are included in the price, water, electricity and wifi, as long as it is with a reasonable use. The minimum rent is for 32 nights, the final cleaning cost is 65EUR and has to be paid with the deposit, you can request extra cleaning and change of towels / bedsheet during your stay as well, for 65EUR each. A pocos metros de las estaciones de metro, trenes y buses, y al lado del Paseo de Gracia conocido para sus tiendas de lujo. La suite tiene una habitación con cama doble y un pequeño baño semi abierto con ducha y water / lavamanos. Y una parte cocina con una mesita para comer, nevera, placas de inducción y una pica. Esta en un edificio bastante tranquilo (casi todas las plantas son de oficinas), el piso esta en el Atico, el edificio tiene un ascensor. Tiene wifi y aire condicionado. Los gastos de agua, electricidad, internet son incluidos en el precio (pedimos un consumo razonable). El alquiler mínimo es de 32 noches , el coste de la limpieza final cuesta 65EUR y tiene que ser pagado con el deposito, se puede pedir más limpieza y recambio de toallas / sabanas durante la estancia por 65EUR cada vez. Tener en cuenta que el baño esta abierto en la habitación, solo separado por una cortina....
