It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, sheets, towels and everything esle you need for your stay in Vienna. The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet. You share a washing machine with other tenants. The studio is located in the 2nd floor without lift. We call it „bordeaux“ as the colourful spots of the studio such as Utensils, Sheets, handpainted pictures, etc are dark red. The house is located in the 3rd district of Vienna, near the Hundertwasserhaus – one of Vienna’s youngest sights. The location is perfect as the apartment is in walking distance to down town (ca 15 Minutes), to the airport-train CAT (ca 10 minutes), to the Green Prater (ca 5 minutes), were you can do all kinds of sports like cycling, running, skating, even swimming in summer in the public swimming pool (Stadionbad). Furthermore you can walk to the Campus of the university of economics and Sigmund Freud University. Great shopping oportunities nearby, supermarkets, shopping street. Closest public transport: tram 1, metro U3 (Rochusmarkt) and U4 (Wien Mitte), CAT (Airporttrain). Also close to highway – but not disturbed by it.
