There is a fully equipped communal kitchen (oven, kettle, microwave...) with a balcony for morning coffee, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a reliable wi-fi all over the house and the garden. The house has a private, green garden where you can barbecue, sunbathe or just simply relax after a busy day. There is also possibility of parking (behind a gate) and the best thing is the fantastic location. House is literally 2 minutes (walking distance) away from the green oasis of the city, famous Tivoli park and 5 minutes from city center on one side and city bike and bus stations (for more distant destinations) on the other. For your weekend trips around Europe you can just hop on a train which is also in immediate vicinity (Tivoli station). The price of the rent does not include the utility costs (water, gas, electricity, internet, maintenance ...) which usually average at around 60-70€ per person/month during winter season.
