The Danube Canal - a nice promenade and promenade - is the border to the Inner City. Besides the proximity to the park and the center the immediate surroundings offer chic restaurants with much space for children, shopping, cultural entertainment in Muth (Vienna's most modern concert hall) and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Contemporary Museum. In Karmeliterviertel numerous restaurants offer wiener and international specialties. Jewish Local, supermarkets and synagogues testify to the (re) gaining strength Jewish community. The heart of the district - the Karmelitermarkt - is always worth a visit, but especially Saturday mornings, when, in addition to the fixed “Standln”, the week market makes bustle. Trams, buses and subway are on the doorstep and who if you are not in the mood of walking the 10 minutes to the center or to the Prater, it just takes one stop by subway (U2 Schwedenplatz or Praterstern) or - for better views - a few stops by bus or tram. At Schwedenplatz and Prater Stern there are connecting trains and buses to the airport. You will enter the house from the busy Taborstraße and pass through a green courtyard to the 2nd staircase of the house. The apartment is located on the 5 floors without elevator. Inside the apartment a small hallway leads to the newly renovated bathroom and into the living room with 2 pull-out sofas and dining table. Adjacent to the living room there is the fully equipped kitchen. The spacious bedroom has got is a double bed, a single bed which can be used as a crib, and a desk. The apartment (51m2) is newly renovated and furnished, very bright and friendly - also because it is located on the 5th floor and keeps you fit - because there is not lift.
