There is a fully furnished kitchen with balcony, a big bathroom with 2 lavatory, a shower and a washing machine. In the apartment there are 3 single bedrooms, so max for only 3 girls in the flat. Cost of condominium, garbage taxes and WIFI unlimited are included. Excluded costs: water, electricity, heating and gas for cooking. One month deposit requested. For long term rent, 2 months are requested as deposit and cost of registration around 150 euro. The area is very closed to the University, just 10 minutes by walk and to the Two Towers, just 20 minutes walk. close to the central railway station, only 20 minutes by walk or 10 minutes by bus, the bus stop is just in front of the entrance of the building. close also to the Virgin Active Fitness club. Very close to all amenities, bars, tobaccos, banks, supermarkets, groceries, postal office etc. For less than 5 months the rent will be 750 euro per month all included, garbage taxes, internet unlimited, taxes and furnish of towels and bedsheets. For more than 5 months rent, the monthly rent will be 700 euro all inlcuded. Final cleaning for the room of 100 euro are always requested when you will leave the room. Cost to register the contract could be requested at the check-in of 100 euro. Quite apartment and condominium. Only for quite and serious girls. No party girls thanks and no smokers. NOTE BELOW I need to inform you that before any kind of final confirmation, I need to have a video call to know you and to present me. This is very important for me. So if we go throught the acceptance, we can see our private contacts just after it and we could organize a call in the next days and I will give you the final confirmation or cancel the booking.
