English version below. Ab dem 15.06. wird mein Zimmer hier in der Maroltingergasse frei. Durch das große Fenster ist es den ganzen Tag schön hell, und am späten Nachmittag scheint die Sonne besonders angenehm herein. Man blickt direkt in den Garten und hat dank des großen Baums gleichzeitig perfekten Sichtschutz. Auf den davorliegenden Balkon kommt man leider nicht direkt außer, man ist bereit, durchs Fenster zu klettern ;) Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert übergeben. Im Zimmer bleiben das Bett inklusive Matratze, die Kleiderstange und das Wandregal sowie die weiße Kommode. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. In nur 5–7 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man mehrere Öffi-Anbindungen (U3, 10, 49 und 51A), sodass man innerhalb von etwa 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Auch Billa, Hofer und Spar sind ganz in der Nähe, genauso wie Geschäfte wie BIPA oder dm. In der Wohnung wohnen Anastasia und Rahel, und in zwei Wochen auch Klara. Rahel und Klara studieren, während Anastasia Vollzeit arbeitet. Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt und harmonisch. Meistens trifft man sich spontan in der Küche beim Kochen oder sitzt gemeinsam mit Kaffee oder Tee auf dem Balkon, um ein bisschen zu quatschen. Da die WG international ist, wird gemeinsam hauptsächlich Englisch gesprochen, zum Beispiel, um den Putzplan oder gemeinsame Einkäufe zu organisieren. Wir würden uns sehr freuen dich bald kennenzulernen! Da alle gerade ein bisschen busy sind, würde ein Video-Call am besten passen, aber eine Wohnungsbesichtigung ist natürlich auch möglich :) English Version: Starting from June 15th, my room in Maroltingergasse will be available. Thanks to the large window, the room is bright throughout the day, and in the late afternoon the sun shines in beautifully. The window looks directly onto the garden, and the large tree outside provides perfect privacy at the same time. Unfortunately, there’s no direct access to the balcony in front of the room unless you’re willing to climb through the window ;) The bed including the mattress, the clothing rack, and the wall shelf will stay in the room, as well as the white side board. The flat is in a great location. Several public transport connections (U3, tram lines 10 and 49, and bus 51A) are within a 5–7 minute walk, so you can reach the city centre in around 20 minutes. Billa, Hofer, and Spar are also very close by, and shops like BIPA or dm are just a little further away. The flat is shared with Anastasia, Rahel, and Klara, who will be moving in within the next two weeks. Rahel and Klara are students, while Anastasia works full-time. The atmosphere in the flat is very relaxed and harmonious. Most of the time, people casually meet in the kitchen while cooking or spend some time chatting together on the balcony over coffee or tea. Since the flatshare is international, English is mainly spoken when it comes to organising things like the cleaning schedule or shared grocery shopping. We’d love to get to know you soon!
