My wife and I lived abroad for years, and that experience inspired us to create these flats for international students in Budapest. RENT & BILLS - Monthly rent: as listed - Utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet, building charges): billed monthly based on actual usage, split equally among tenants -- typically around 40-80€/person depending on the season - And that's it, there are no other hidden costs! DEPOSIT & CONTRACT - Deposit: 1 month's rent (2 months for stays longer than 3 months) - You sign a rental agreement in English, directly with us - Deposit returned to you after move-out, minus any damages MOVE-IN: HOW IT WORKS 1. Book through the platform -- we confirm within 24 hours 2. We agree on your move-in date and time 3. We meet you at the flat, hand you the keys, walk you through everything, and we sign the contract 4.
