The space Welcome to my apartment! This charming 60m2 one-bedroom apartment duplex in Madrid offers the perfect retreat for couples in search of a memorable stay in the center of Madrid. The property is located on the ground floor, spread over two stories, and beautifully decorated. The main entrance opens onto the upper level, where you will find the living room, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The lower level houses the bedroom and an ensuite bathroom, offering a quiet and restful space for rest and relaxation. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa, a television with access to multiple streaming platforms, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals or planning your day. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also features a dishwasher, washing machine, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom includes a double bed with complimentary linens to ensure a restful sleep. It also offers ample storage for your belongings and a desk, ideal for guests who need to work or study during their stay. The ensuite bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide it at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. - Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. - Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). - Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. - Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
