Via Melchiorre Gioia 59 is located in one of the most comfortable and lively areas of Milan, perfect for those who want to experience the city like a local even during a short stay. It is a central and well-connected area, served by the green metro line (M2 Gioia stop) and by numerous trams and buses that allow you to easily reach every point of the city, including the Duomo, the Central Station and the Brera district. The street is an important artery, surrounded by modern offices, hotels, restaurants and trendy clubs, but also by supermarkets and useful services for everyday life. A few minutes' walk away is the Porta Nuova district, with its skyline of skyscrapers and the beautiful Piazza Gae Aulenti, ideal for an evening walk or an aperitif with a view of the Vertical Forest. A little further on is the Isola district, one of the most characteristic in Milan, with its original premises, independent boutiques and authentic atmosphere. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. The check out between 17th April and 26th April 2026 included is not allowed...
