The room is 13 sqm and is equipped with two windows, a bed, a closet, a desk, and a sink. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with flatmates on the same floor. The dormitory is a 7-minute walk from the U2 Sophie-Charlotte-Platz metro station, and the S-Bahn stations Westend and Charlottenburg are also not far away. Supermarkets like Rewe, Lidl, Netto, an organic shop (Bioladen), and an Asian supermarket are also within walking distance. The area is really beautiful with many cafes and restaurants. I often go for walks in the palace park (Schlosspark). The residence is located 7 minutes from the U2 Sophie-Charlotte-Platz and is not far from S Westend or S Charlottenburg. Grocery stores such as REWE, Lidl, Netto, and an Asian Supermarket are nearby and can be reached on foot. The neighborhood is residential but lively with many cafes and restaurants. The Charlottenburg Palace Park is also lovely for a walk! Since this is a student dormitory, I can only sublet the room to students enrolled at one of Berlin's universities or to someone doing an internship in the city...
