Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory E. No eating, smoking, loud music, or games (balls, rackets, etc.) around the pool area F. No diving or jumping into the pool G. Children must be supervised by an adult H. Pets are not allowed in the pool → Gym rules: The gym room is exclusively intended for physical fitness activities. Please follow the rules below: A. Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays, and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends and public holidays. B. Access to the gym is free of charge C. All users must maintain proper hygiene before, during, and after using the equipment. Failure to do so may result in a €50 penalty D.
