Hello dear people, Our well-loved little townhouse with garden is becoming a cozy shared home – we’re moving to the south of Berlin for personal reasons. Our younger brother (brother-in-law) Semih will be staying in the house and will occupy one of the rooms. We're now looking for two friendly roommates who’d enjoy a calm and respectful shared living situation with a green and relaxed atmosphere. The available rooms: 🌿 Room 1: approx. 14 m2, facing the garden ☀️ Room 2: approx. 17 m2 Both rooms are partially furnished – happy to discuss details in person. The house also features: a tidy bathroom with bathtub and washing machine a fully equipped kitchen with a large table – great for cozy dinners together a beautiful garden with a small pool – ideal for relaxing, BBQs, or gardening About Semih: He's 28, training to become a preschool teacher and already working in a daycare. He’s looking forward to a friendly and respectful flat-sharing experience – and maybe the occasional tea in the garden. A note about the furry roommate: There’s a very sweet and independent cat living in the house. She’s outdoors most of the time but not suitable for anyone with cat allergies. She’d love it if you could help feed her when Semih isn’t around. It's a small house in a quiet neighborhood. The bus is about 3 minutes away, and the U8 subway is about an 8-minute walk away. Supermarkets are also within easy walking distance, as is a large park. The lakes and forests in northern Berlin are also easily accessible by bike – we always enjoyed that. Semih will remain there; he lives on the ground floor. He is 27 and is training to be a kindergarten teacher nearby. We don't know exactly what will happen to the house after he finishes his training (approximately fall 2026), so it's only temporary for now—but definitely with the option of an extension...
