There are 3 rooms in this floor. This room can accommodate 2 students, e.g. a couple, because it is big enough. There is another small room (10m2) attached as wardrobe. Price can be discussed. Second month might be cheaper. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with 2 more Erasmus students. Each student must bring or buy in the shop his own dishes and bedding, also pillow and blanket (approx 100€ for all together, I can bring you with my car to a cheap shop) Absolutely no noise from 22-7h. Parties not allowed. Visitors not allowed. Bus nr. 5 and 22 are only 10 minutes walk away and need to the city centre about 20 minutes (rush hour more) No free parking, it costs 3€/day...
