The room is equipped with a comfortable bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe – ideal for studying, working, or simply relaxing. The apartment includes shared access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace, which are fully equipped with all essentials, including kitchen supplies and a washing machine. 📍 Registration (Anmeldung) is possible, making it suitable for both students and professionals staying longer term in the city. 💰 The monthly rent is all-inclusive, covering rent, heating, water, high-speed internet, and the GEZ TV license fee. 🔐 A security deposit of €950 is required before moving in. Your rental contract start date is determined by your planned move-in date, with one key condition: your contract must start within 15 days of the property's first available date (exceptions possible). • Move-ins between the 1st and 15th: Your contract begins on the 1st of the month. • Move-ins from the 16th to the end of the month: Your contract begins on the 16th. Please note that check-ins are not available on weekends or public holidays. If your contract starts on one of these days, your physical move-in will be scheduled for the next available working day.
