If selected, we’ll invite you to book via chat. You’ll then pay the first month through HousingAnywhere to block the room, and within 24h, we’ll request half of our agency fee via this platform. Once both payments are completed, your booking is confirmed and we’ll begin preparing your contract. Process after booking: 1)We'll send you a link with a quote summarizing the monthly costs and agency fees. 2)Confirm the quote by clicking the green button. 3)Follow the steps to upload your personal information and documents. 4)Within 2-3 business days, the official rental proposal will be sent via email. Upon digitally signing the proposal, a deposit of €250.00 is required to be payed directly to the agnecy before move in, which will then be deducted from the total agency fee. 5)A few weeks before you move into the apartment, the lease agreement will be sent for digital signature. 6)Upon signing the lease, the agency fee is paid in full before move in directly to the agency.
