The city centre and Calle Colón are only 7 minutes away (500 m), the metro stations of Ruzafa (Line 10) and Xàtiva (Lines 3, 5 and 9) are 7 and 9 minutes away, as well as many bus stops, providing an excellent connection to the whole of Valencia. The property, which retains its high ceilings and authentic wooden beams, boasts a perfect fusion of traditional aesthetics and exquisite modernity, with marble finishes in the kitchen and large bespoke mirrors that amplify the light. Payment: The rent is payable in advance, according to the booking details and through (hidden). 5. Maintenance and Condition: The property is handed over in good condition. The tenant must return it in the same condition, otherwise the tenant will repair any damage. 6. Completion: Late departures will incur a penalty equal to double the daily proportional rent. 7.
