All windows in the bedrooms are fitted with curtains. The bathroom is compact and equipped with a shower, sink, second toilet and the washing machine. There is a private storage room (2.5m x 2.5m) on the ground floor which is accessible via the alley at the back. SURROUNDINGS The house is located in the green and child-friendly district of Waardhuizen on the outskirts of Amstelveen. In the vicinity you can go for a nice walk and enjoy the green and peaceful nature area of the Bovenkerkerpolder. At walking distance from the house you will find playgrounds, a football field, several cafes and restaurants and a medical centre. The international school as well as various sports facilities such as a swimming pool, football / hockey / tennis club and a golf centre are nearby. The Waardhuizen shopping centre that is opposite the apartment is now being updated to an upmarket shopping centre for all daily shopping. The shopping centres Middenhoven and Groenhof are also within easy reach. For extensive shopping and catering there is the Stadshart. There is good accessibility by public transportation (bus and tram) and the surrounding major cities such as Amsterdam, Utrecht, Hoofddorp and Schiphol are easily accessible via surrounding roads...
