Pool heating is available as an optional add-on during summer stays for $75 per night, ambient outdoor temperature permitting. The temperature is kept at 75°F when provided. The home is just a short walk from the beach. For guests who wish to drive, parking passes are available for $50 per day. Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Security Deposit Policy: Please note that this property requires a $5,000 credit hold for stays at this property to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team. Please note that the minimum stay is 30 nights (31 days)....
