Please note that street parking is limited. The large windows, which open onto a small balcony, flood the space with natural light, enriching the atmosphere and making it even more inviting. The modern and minimalist decor, punctuated with unusual and colorful elements that add a touch of fun, makes this loft a place where you want to be! - Living Room Consists of an elegant and comfortable sofa-bed, air conditioning, and Smart TV, as well as a dining table. A complete kitchenette allows you to prepare your meals with all the convenience. - Kitchenette Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso espresso machine (coffee not included), and washing machine and dishwasher. - Sitting/Reading Area On a level above the living room, two armchairs in front of the balcony invite moments of reading and relaxation. - Balcony Enjoy the pleasant summer weather, or the view over the city that extends to the Douro River. - Bedroom Located on the upper floor (accessible by stairs), with a double bed (140cm x 200cm). Please note that the bedroom does not have a door. - Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with showers (one on the lower floor and one next to the bedroom). Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 15:00 (after 22:00 a fee of 25€ is applied) and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
