Clad in traditional tiles, it embodies the region’s charming architecture! This area is known for its narrow, picturesque streets, so be sure to explore on foot and experience the authentic Porto lifestyle. The building does not have an elevator, with access to the apartment via a beautiful and sturdy wooden staircase. Don’t forget to appreciate the skylight detail in the building! Compact yet cozy, this 28-square-meter apartment features simple, modern decor, with earthy tones that harmonize perfectly with the granite wall. - Living Room It offers a sofa, TV, air conditioning, and a dining table for 2 people. The large French doors open onto a welcoming balcony, perfect for a peaceful morning start! - Balcony A pleasant balcony with a dining table and a view of a backyard at the rear of the building. - Kitchenette Equipped with a stove, microwave, mini-fridge, Dulce Gusto coffee machine (capsules not included), and a toaster. - Bedroom The apartment features an interior bedroom (without windows) with a double bed. Please note that the bedroom is quite small and does not have AC. - Bathroom Bathroom equipped with a rain-shower. - Laundry The apartment has a washing machine and a drying rack, along with an 80L water heater. We recommend paying attention to the length of showers to ensure there is enough hot water. Once the tank is empty, the heater will require some time to restore the hot water supply. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
