The apartment is adjacent to the M2 Crescenzago metro station, providing easy access to Milan’s historic center, Città Studi, Central Station, and the main shopping streets in just a few minutes. The apartment for rent in Milan is also the ideal solution for reaching the Politecnico di Milano (PoliMi), which can be reached in just 15 minutes by metro. 🚪🍳 Entrance and kitchen Upon entering, you are welcomed by a small hallway with a piece of furniture and a coat rack to store your personal belongings. A video intercom has also been recently installed, which, along with the security door, ensures privacy and safety. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and cutlery. It also includes a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, and a coffee machine with pods. You can spend your Milanese evenings hosting delightful dinners while enjoying the sunset over the city. 🛌☀️ Bedrooms and terrace This apartment for rent in Milan includes a spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed (non-divisible), a dresser, a large wardrobe, and a shoe rack. The apartment’s location on the top floor makes it quiet, offering the perfect solution for those who want to enjoy the city center but rest in a peaceful place away from the city’s hustle and bustle. The entire apartment also features mosquito nets. The second bedroom has a double sofa bed, which can be folded away to turn the room into a study, where you can work using the desk provided, or into a living room to relax with friends. It also includes a smart TV. From the second bedroom, you can access a lovely, panoramic terrace, partially covered and recently renovated. Here, you can relax during the warmer months, hosting romantic dinners or sunbathing. The terrace leads to a long private storage space under the roof, which includes a dryer and cleaning supplies. You can also use it to store luggage and personal items. 🛁 Bathroom The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower and splash guard, where you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset over the city. Wi-Fi Internet (Vodafone Fiber), as indicated in the apartment description, and utilities (electricity and gas), based on actual consumption as detailed in the cost estimate provided in the listing, are not included in the rent and must be paid separately each month. 🚫 HOUSE RULES 🚫 - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, even with the windows open (smoking is only allowed on the private terrace). - Overnight stays by persons not listed in the reservation are prohibited. - Hosting parties that disturb the peace at night is prohibited. - Final cleaning service is included only if you use the apartment in a proper manner. You may have to pay a fine starting from €50 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean: hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash; dispose of trash properly. 📜 CONTRACT and SECURITY DEPOSIT 💰 At check-in, a standard rental contract will be signed, which will be sent to you prior to check-in for review. It is a standard rental contract in Italian, so it will be your responsibility, if you wish, to translate it. At check-in, the contract and apartment handover report will be signed, and the security deposit will be requested. The deposit can be paid through HousingAnywhere, by credit card (Stripe) or via bank transfer (10 days before check-in).
