Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a hallway with a mirror, wardrobe, and shoe rack, where you can take off your shoes and keep everything organized. In the kitchen, you'll encounter a peninsula-style table where you can eat and gather. There's also a large desk with a beautiful and comfortable work chair, making it ideal for remote work with high-speed internet. Next, you’ll move into the living area, featuring a lovely green sofa perfect for gatherings and watching the 55-inch Smart TV, which you can also place in the bedroom if you prefer. In the bedroom, you can enjoy a magnificent 1.60 x 2.00 m spring mattress bed, making it extremely comfortable. The bathroom includes an electric radiator to keep your towels dry and pleasant after a shower in the winter. If you need to wash or dry your clothes, there's a laundry area in the common hallway, available for free, as we want our tenants to feel comfortable and have access to these amenities. Everything is designed with energy-efficient technology to help care for our environment. You will access the common hallway using a unique access code exclusive to you, and then enter your apartment with a traditional key.
