The location is very safe and easy to walk. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the underground station „Boddinstrasse“ The apartment was lovingly designed using vintage and modern furniture with a new kitchen & bathroom. Everything is kept to a high standard, including a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and board, so you can fully relax during your trip to Berlin. Kitchen: Fully equipped with Washing machine, dishwasher, stove, kettle, oven, pans, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, everything you need I Main room: Queen-size bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, eating table, wifi internet router, iron board and iron. We also provide linens and towels, so you don't need to bring any. Bathroom: Sink, bathtub, shower (in the bathtub) Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible. Due to Berlin rules we only accept a minimum stay of 92 days or more Just so you know, a building is being built nearby, and the construction makes some noise during the daytime. Listing notes: *Cleaning Policy: The apartment will be clean only before and after your stay.
