Perfect for a couple or individual with a double sofa bed for occasional visits. During our life we have traveled and lived all over the world and we have designed the house that we would like to find if we moved to Valencia. We have made a design without creative or budget restrictions, as we would like to live in the city, the urban "pied-a-terre" of our dreams. We have emphasized the common areas of daily use creating a spacious and functional space where most of the time is spent. Large living room-dining room-kitchen-work area of 45m2 in two rooms separated by arches that overlooks the street with a huge and sunny balcony. A 10m2 room with a 180cm bed with lots of storage under and 2 wardrobes, and a complete bathroom of exquisite design with shower. The apartment is full of original details from the beginning of the 20th century: 3.50m high ceilings, moldings and walls with original paintings and an incredible Valencian encaustic mosaic floor that we have recovered and restored. What gives the house the most character are the contemporary details that we have used as a result of our experience as architects and designers all these years.
