The 22m2 room contains a very confortable and new double bed; a big closet of 6 doors, one with mirror; a nice table and a chair. The basic rent includes the rent of your bedroom and common areas incl. use of (domestic) equipment, furniture and furnishings. There are charges for Internet, energy (gas / electricity), water, municipal taxes and water board charges are not included in the rent. You'll share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, balcony and living room with two other students.
