This beautiful two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, on the exclusive Huertas Street. Entering the apartment we find a beautiful hall form where we access to the corridor that distributes the apartment. On the left is the area corresponding to the main bedroom, composed of a small living room with TV and sofa bed, and the bedroom, with two single beds and a beautiful bathroom en suite with bathtube, wide and elegant. Going back to the corridor, on the right, we access to the second bedroom with a double bed and another complete bathroom en suite with shower. The kitchen is the next space that we find and is totally equipped with all necessary, in addition is completely independent. At the end of the corridor we find a beautiful desing living room, really wide, with living area and dining area. It’s exterior, the façade overlooking Huertas street. The height of the balconies and the windows provide it with plenty of natural light. The placement of the apartment is magnificent, just in the city centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
