Dear students, from now onwards there is one room available (for students only!) in a beautiful shared student apartment in the 3. district of Vienna, on Breitenfurter Straße. The apartment has 5 bedrooms in total. At the moment 3 female and 1 male student live there, who get along with eachother very well. We are looking for someone to rent the room as soon as possible. Latest by the beginning of September. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk+chair and a wardrobe. Each room can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom and a toilet. The contract for the room is for 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice, by the end of February, August or September. The rent is EUR 470,- pr month plus an additional EUR 60,- per month for utilities (heating, electricity, internet). So in total it is EUR 530,- The deposit is EUR 1060,- There are some housrules for example: -no pets allowed -no smoking inside the apartment- -always keep the shared areas clean etc. If you are interested please contact me by telling me a little bit about yourself.
