This modern and comfortable studio is designed to offer you everything you need for a pleasant stay in Madrid. With a 1.35 double bed, bed linen and towels, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster and kitchenware, you can enjoy a practical and functional space. In addition, the studio has air conditioning (hot/cold), high-speed WiFi, television, washing machine and hair dryer. The studio is located on a mezzanine floor and does not have an elevator, and the windows overlook an interior courtyard, and to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide oil, salt or pepper during your stay. Located on Calle Vallehermoso, in a quiet but well-connected area, you will have easy access to everything you need. Just a few minutes walk from emblematic places such as the Sorolla Museum, Plaza de Chamberí, Chamberí Market and Parque del Oeste. In addition, you will be close to important universities such as the Complutense University, the Polytechnic University and the Pontifical University of Comillas. Public transport is excellent in the area, with Moncloa (Lines 3 and 6) and Islas Filipinas (Line 7) stations just a few minutes' walk away, quickly connecting you to central Madrid, Puerta del Sol, the Prado Museum and more. You also have several nearby bus lines and a biciMAD system to quickly get around the city. The area has a wide variety of services, such as nearby hospitals (Hospital La Paz and Clínico San Carlos), shopping centres such as El Corte Inglés, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cinemas. ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION POLICIES: 1. Payment method: cash or bank transfer. 2. The deposit must be paid by cash during check-in. 3. Admin fee of 60 Euros is payable in cash at the time of check-in. 4. The amount of 60 euros must be paid in cash one day before check-out as a maintenance fee. 5. City registration (empadronamiento): not possible. 6. In case of the need of an invoice, tenants should note that we do NOTassume the VAT, which is equivalent to 10% in Spain. TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED for the accommodation. 7. Taxes and commissions for credit cards and/or bank transfers are NOT included. 8. The internet service is the responsibility of the LANDLORD. The value of the electricity bill and the value of the water supply will be paid to the LANDLORD upon presentation of the corresponding invoice by the TENANT. 9. Kids are not allowed. 10. For more than 1 tenant, there is an extra charge per additional person, equivalent to 50 Euros per month. Check-in/out: Check-in: Every day from 15:00 to 22:00.
