In addition, the studio has air conditioning (hot/cold), high-speed WiFi, television, washing machine and hair dryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and toaster, designed exclusively for heating. This studio is perfect for those looking for a practical space to relax and enjoy the city. The studio is located on a high floor and does have an elevator, and the windows overlook the outside, and to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide oil, salt or pepper during your stay. Located on Calle Gran Vía, this studio places you in one of the most iconic and vibrant areas of Madrid. Just a few minutes walk from Plaza España and Santo Domingo, you can enjoy a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and theaters. In addition, you will be close to emblematic points such as the Royal Palace, Plaza de Callao and the Telefónica Building, ideal for exploring the city. The studio is very well connected by public transport, with the Callao metro station (Lines 3 and 5) just a 1-minute walk away, giving you quick access to the main areas of Madrid, such as Gran Vía, Sol, Chueca and more. You also have the Gran Vía station (Lines 1 and 5) just a few minutes away, as well as several nearby bus lines and the biciMAD system to move comfortably around the city. City registration (empadronamiento): not possible. 6. In case of the need of an invoice, tenants should note that we do NOTassume the VAT, which is equivalent to 10% in Spain.
