The co-living includes essential services such as cleaning, maintenance, gas, water, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring a stress-free living experience. The apartment features a spacious living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a super cool terrace, and an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. To join our community, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a one-month deposit and the first month’s rent upon arrival (or proportional payment). You’ll share this apartment with friendly, fun, creative, and enterprising individuals, making it easy to socialize, go out for drinks, or watch a soccer match together. The location is ideal, offering proximity to universities and the metro, ensuring easy access to Valencia’s city center and all essential amenities. Rooms are available now for individual use only, as couples are not accepted. Students must provide their registration and proof of financial means, while workers are required to present proof of salary. If you don’t have a salary, you can pay the contract in full (minimum six months + one-month deposit). Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time): -20€ until 18:00 -30€ until 21:00 -50€ after 21:00 Thank you for your understanding !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself.
