We shouldn’t forget its unbeatable location in the Justicia neighbourhood and the fact that it’s fully furnished and equipped for a cosy stay. The eclectic and elegant decoration project stands out and gives the flat a very special touch. A corridor organises the distribution of the 93m2 of the apartment, starting with the private area to the left, the kitchen in the front and ending with the social area formed by the living-dining room. The kitchen, furnished in a bright white colour, is equipped with both small and large appliances. Finally, in the private area there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) formed by two single beds that can be separated under request and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, on the other hand, has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined together under request and whose bathroom is located in the corridor and also functions as a guest toilet. The Justicia neighbourhood has been one of the most evolved in the capital in recent years, with an important rehabilitation of buildings and a concentration of small, original and exclusive restaurants, charming cafés and tea shops, art galleries, small antique shops, decoration and fashion shops among other offers. Within walking distance, you can find yourself surrounded by a wide variety of shops on Calle Serrano, as well as large fashion chains on Calle Gran Vía or visit the famous Plaza de la Independencia to access the Retiro Park.
