The kitchen is open and integrated to the living room, but with a large glass partition that gives "individuality'' to the space. It is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils and toaster. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms. Two with double bed and one with single bed. The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The apartment is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Gracia, surrounded by all kinds of stores, restaurants, recreational places and the famous Paseo de Sant Joan, ideal for walks and Sunday strolls. In addition, the apartment is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. The nearest station is Joanic (L4) and it is only a 5-minute walk away.
