The place is very close - practically adjacent - to the famous Błonia meadow and only a few minutes from the Old Town (12 minutes walk or 5 minutes tram/bus/cab). The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Within three minutes walk you can find a shopping mall, all kinds of shops, stores (few of them open 24H) and groceries. There are as well few restaurants (perfect for families) with either foreign (Italian, Japanese etc.) or typical polish traditional cuisine. It’s very easy to park the car in the area. Nearby - 2 minutes walk - there is a bus stop for the airport. Within few minutes (around 20-30 mins.) the tenants can get to the Balice airport by ta(hidden) bus.
