Our luxury 3 bedroom/2 bath fully air-conditioned vacation rental Third floor Condo is located in the executive gated resort of Windsor Palms. Less than 3.5 miles from Disney World, and only a 3 minute drive to an abundance of shops and restaurants, Windsor Palms offers so many great amenities you may not even want to leave the resort! The condo is one of the largest on Windsor Palms at over 1400 square feet, so your family will have plenty of room to spread out. The condo has a king size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen size second bedroom and a queen trundle bedroom. There is a second bathroom between the queen and trundle rooms. *Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property. The Condo is fully equipped with all the home comforts including:- Free WIFI Internet Free local telephone calls. Vehicle has a curb vehicle weight over 5,800 lbs or 6,800 lbs gross weight 3. Vehicle has additional equipment installed to allow: 4. Plowing 5. Lift other vehicles 6. Lift gate 7. Mechanical arms that enable lifting materials, personnel service buckets etc. 8. Tow hitches, bars or arms 9. Vehicle has commercial tags 10. Vehicle owned by a company 11. Vehicle has lettering, magnetic sign, decal or a wrap advertising a service or retail product with or without contact information 12. Vehicle has ladder racks 13. Vehicle has material transport racks/boxes 14. Vehicle seats over 8 people 15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine 16. Vehicle has dual axles 17. Vehicle has a mount in bed for “fifth wheel” trailer towing b. Recreational Vehicles (RV or Motor Home) – All types towed or self-powered i. Defined as both motorized and non-motorized vehicles that combine transportation and temporary living (hidden) for travel, recreation or camping. c. Trailers for: Cars, Boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, debris removal, utility use etc. d. The following other types of vehicles may not be operated within community: i. All-terrain Vehicles (ATV) – any Non-Over Road Vehicle ii. Mini-bikes iii. Vehicles not registered or insured to operate on public roads e. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business.
