The French bed is 140x200 ensuring comfortable rest. Upon confirmation of the booking through the platform, you will pay the first month's rent for March. At check-in, an administration fee of €390 will be required, in addition to the rent for April and May. ALL expenses are INCLUDED in the monthly fee (utilities, gas, electricity, internet connection, waste taxes) and NO Deposit is required. There is only a one-off administrative fee of €350 which covers contract registration fees and final cleaning. Payment will take place according to this timing Example: - first month (September) paid to the booking platform - at check-in the €390 administrative fee and two monthly payments (October and November) will be paid - 3 monthly payments will be paid by November 5th (December, January and February) (only for annual rental period) - 3 monthly payments will be paid by February 5th (March, April, May) (only for annual rental period) - 3 monthly payments will be paid by May 5th (June, July, August) By May 5th, you can make the payment for the rent for June and July (and August if booked).
