The space and design is meant to be true to this ubiquitous area, while also being comfortable to lounge around in and to relax from the nightly revels as well as to observe the fun from above (behind double paned glass windows). The apartment features a spacious living room, cosy bedroom with a queen size bed and a big closet, and a separate kitchen space with full amenities. In the kitchen, you have a foldable table to get the most of the space. Some of the items that the apartment features is: a Nespresso machine, washer/dryer machine, and a smart TV with Netflix! This well-maintained unit comes with the convenience of bills included up to 100 euros. To book this accommodation we also charge an admin fee of 5% of the amount of the stay. Guest access We provide all the information you need, and we are always here to help. On the day of your check-in, please pay attention to your email. We will once again send you all the check-in details. Other things to note This is one of the oldest building in Bairro Alto, from before the earthquake. This is a residential building in the historic center of Lisbon. These are old buildings, and soundproofing is not what you will get in a hotel. Its possible that you will hear the neighbours, kids, dogs, and street noise. ONLY STAIRS - You must know that there is no elevator, only stairs, remember that because of the luggage! LUGGAGE - If you arrive in the morning or your flight is after check-out time on the day of departure, we recommend leaving your luggage in the safe in the city center. Garbage: There are garbage bins in the street! We provide guest assistance between 9AM to 11PM Monday - Friday and from 2 PM to 8PM on weekends. We will not be able to respond outside these hours...
