Grocery 200 m. BicikeLJ (station to rent a bike): 500 m. Train and bus station (main in Ljubljana): 11 min with city bus, 23 min walking distance. Health center and pharmacy: 11 min walking distance Room has 2 beds 90x200cm (we can put in bunk beds for more space), 2 writing desks, 2 bigger wardrobes and 1 smaller, a two-seater. Shared kitchen (stove, oven, big fridge with freezer, all needed cooking utensils) and shared bathroom. WiFi. Washing machine and dryer in a common space (price included in the fixed costs). For calm, serious and cultured students/young working professionals who care about cleanliness. Smoking is not allowed. No pets. When the tenant pays a security deposit of EUR 275/per person the contract is valid. If the premises are clean when you leave and there is no damage, the deposit is paid back in full.
