The apartment is on the ground floor and located in Breitegasse in one of the best locations of Vienna, right behind the famous MuseumsQuartier. The shopping street Mariahilferstraße is just a 3 minutes walk away and you will reach the city center in within a 10 minutes walk. There are several public transport stops just around the corner (U3/U2 Volkstheater, tram Nr. 46, 49, bus 48A, 13A)The room is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. The apartement has 4 bedrooms in total, a shared and equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a seperate toilet. The room is available from now onwards - so we only ask for requests starting no later that September 1st. The contract is for 3 years, but can be cancelled by the tenant after a minimum stay of 6 months within a 2-months notice at the end of February, August or September.
