The nearest metro stop is Porta Genova FS (M2), from which you can reach the Duomo in 20 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by tram 2. Bus 73 departs from the Duomo and arrives every 15/20 minutes to Linate Airport. With the green metro (M2) in 14 minutes you can reach Centrale FS, where every hour the Malpensa Shuttle departs and arrives.
