Our property has been lovingly renovated and furnished to create the perfect place to stay for our guests. The property has three bedrooms and sleeps up to seven guests which is ideal for group reservations, work stays and family breaks. The property is based a 15 minute drive from the A1 motorway and is conveniently located between Barnsley and Pontefract which provides easy access to all towns and cities across West and South Yorkshire. The property has free parking to the front and rear! The property is a quaint mid-terrace property built during the industrial era. The property benefits from high ceilings throughout which makes the property feel spacious and comfortable. The property has a traditional layout typical of the local area. The bathroom is situated on the ground floor next to the spacious kitchen and homely living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essential items including a washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a dining area in the kitchen with six chairs. The area is open, well lit and provides access to the rear yard. There is a storage cupboard in the kitchen which can be used for storing items. The living room is a comfortable space with two sofas, two nesting tables and a smart television with stand. One of the sofas can be adapted to make a double sofa bed. There are three bedrooms upstairs which have all been newly furnished. The m(hidden)edroom has a double bed, single bed, dressing table with stool, two bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe. The other two bedrooms both have a single bed, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe. The bathroom has a full sized bath with an overhead electric shower, sink and toilet. There are fittings provided to hang both a hand towel and bath towel in the bathroom. All of the rooms in the property benefit from a central heating system. A high speed fibre WiFi system is included at the property. There are smoke detectors on each floor, a carbon monoxide alarm in the kitchen where the boiler is located and a fire extinguisher in the kitchen. There is a yard to the rear of the property which is fenced and gated. Our guests have access to the entire property and all areas of the property are maintained to a good standard. The property is initially accessed via the key safe at the front of the property underneath the letterbox. The code for the key safe is provided prior to check in. We have a no smoking policy inside the property but guests are welcome to smoke outside in the rear yard...
