Getting Around: High street shops, world class restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all within easy walking disctance of the apartment. Bond Street Tub station is just a 5 minute walk away. There are also plentiful black cabs in the area. Other Things to Note: - Single sofa bed can be requested for an additional charge of £20 per night. -Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. -All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in. -For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees. -If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply). -If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in. - For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee. - For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee - We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property. - Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am. - If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to allow time for us to make necessary arrangements.
