Room in a cosy and full of character apartment situated in one of the best areas in town, close to Jardim da Estrela, Campo de Ourique and Lapa neighbourhoods! 💸- Monthly rent - €430 (utilities included up to a maximum 40€ per peson) - The apartment is very cute and bright, the building and street are super quiet and transportes are really convenient as well, with several busses 1min away/ metro 15min walk and most busses can also take you to the metro lines. 🐈- There's only me and my super nice, quiet and very clean cat in the apartment. The room has 1 upper window to the living room, NO WINDOWS TO THE OUTSIDE though, it's a 3rd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR and no close front neighbors! 🛋 - Common spaces are a spacious living room, office room, balcony, bathroom, pantry and kitchen. Great area for daily shopping and walks in the cutest parks and cafes in town!! 🤗 - I value good cleanliness, politeness and tranquility. - Bringing people home, will have to be, from both sides, upon agreement, specially when it comes to sleepovers. 🔺️ A valid identification document/passport and work//internship/school document will be required. 🔺️ A 100€ damage fee will be required and refunded at the end of your staying, if no damage was done.
