This stylish apartment stands out by it's brightness coming from the big windows and it's great location. SPACE 🏡 - Awakening with the smell of fresh white sheets in a comfortable double bed, you will feel restored and full of energy to face the day. - Our basic kitchen is all you need to easily prepare your breakfast. - Getting out you will see that you're in the middle of the action, steps away from the shopping street, main avenue, and famous landmarks. You will see that the best way to discover the city is on foot, and you're in the best place to do it from. - A hot shower will be always waiting for you after a day exploring the city, our bathroom will fit all your needs. The studio is on the second floor of the building. Guests can access the apartment through a common staircase, or a lift by the entrance. This is a building that belongs to UNESCO's Heritage Site and like most the buildings/houses in the area, there's no garage for parking - but there's a parking lot almost in front of the building! Because of its great location, the studio can be a bit noisy for people not used to living in the city center - windows aren't completely soundproof. If you would like a cleaning, change of towels and linens in the middle of your stay, we can arrange it for an extra cost of 40€. So if you're interested, please let us know! You will find a Smart TV in the room that works only by streaming , no Tv or cable service available. Please remember, we will do everything for you to feel at home, in exchange we just ask you to take care of it as if it was your own...
