The bedroom is at the back of the property and away from street noise and has a hotel quality king size bed which can convert to two large singles on request. The bathroom has a rainfall shower, demister mirror and full size bath tub. Roku TV's in both sitting room and bedroom let you bring your personal Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney, Now TV etc. accounts with you. Separate dining area and kitchen with dishwasher and table for up to 4 people. High Speed Internet and designated work space with charging points and lighting for easy home working. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. The keys are located at a store a 4-minute walk away, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building, with stair access only. Please note there are strict quiet hours between 11PM-7AM. The apartment is on the top floor of a Period Georgian Property with views over Camden Gardens. There are three flights of communal stairs up to the front door and for this reason, the apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. The key pick up and return is located approx 4 minutes walking from the home - details will be provided no earlier than 24 hours to your arrival. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). It is just a few minutes stroll along the canal to Camden Lock and the famous Camden Market and a little further on to iconic Primrose Hill or in the other direction along the canal to the bars, restaurants, and shops of Granary Sq, Kings Cross St Pancras. The new Curzon cinema is directly across Camden Gardens. Large Supermarket Sainsbury's is 3min (0.2 miles) Getting around The transport links are phenomenal.
