It is located on a nice street, just 8 minutes walk from the "Universidad Politécnica de Valencia", the "Campus de Tarongers", the "Campus Blasco Ibáñez de la Universitat de València" and the "Universidad Europea de Valencia". It is close to the Turia riverbed (green space for walking and playing sports). Well connected to public transport, with several bus and metro stops ("Aragón Metro Station" and "Amistat-Casa de Salud Metro Station") within walking distance, making it easy to get around Valencia and explore the city's many attractions. The room has an HD TV, high-speed WiFi internet connection, and air conditioning (hot and cold) inside. In addition to a large closet, desk and study chair. The house has 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower. It has a common area with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob and washing machine. It also has a sofa, dining table and chairs.
