Hi guys! Starting now, we are renting out 4 rooms in this lovely 4-room-apartment in Berlin Lankwitz. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, bed+mattress protector, table+ table lamp, chair, curtains and multicontact plugs. 2 of the 4 beds are 1,60x2,00 meters, the other 2 are 1,40x2,00 meters. This specific room shown has the smaller bed equipped. Not seen in the pictures but provided will be a whole bed equipment set, so: Blanket, sheet, pillow, etc. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, cooking field, fridge+freezer and cooking equipment, as well as plates, cups, etc. Connected to the kitchen is also a small storage room. There is an even bigger storage room next to the kitchen. So there is enough space to store stuff. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. There will also be a curtain to protect from water leakage to the floor. Also, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Rest is as seen in the pictures. Included in the rent will be internet, heating, water and electricity usage. Not included is the radio tax, which has to be shared by the 4 roommates. All rentable rooms can be locked up. The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us directly or via Housing Anywhere payments and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be able to receive the keys...
