Upon entering you will find the modern living room decorated with style in neutral tones and wood details. The dining table is extendable so that it can also serve as a study or work area as needed. The kitchen is perfectly integrated and fully equipped, with microwave, oven, refrigerator and other essential utensils for cooking at home. In this comfortable and flexible space, you will also find the sleeping area with a double bed and a spacious closet. The elegant bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has a security alarm, air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. *The neighborhood:* This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues. La Barceloneta is full of small squares, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas offered by the bars and restaurants in the cozy terraces. Barceloneta beach is 6 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; also 4 minutes away is the Barceloneta Park. The Passeig Joan de Borbo, is the perfect place to stroll and enjoy the pleasant climate of the city, also throughout its route you can admire the most impressive yachts that are anchored. Some tourist attractions such as the Museum of History of Catalonia, are located a few meters away. The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 5 minutes from the apartment.
