The kitchen is big enough to be a living area as well. There is a big table with chairs in the kitchen. There are 3 big sofa-beds for couples and 1 single bed in the apartment. The Lessor pays for a service of 2 hours general cleaning per month in the apartment, this service is for free, only if previously requested, for the tenants cause it's included in the price of the monthly rental.
